After two months of creative silence, Dinner Collection returns with a new chapter: "L’Atelier", an intimate and immersive dining experience where gastronomy meets contemporary art.

For this edition, we welcome the bold and poetic universe of Mathilde Deniau, who will take over the kitchen as her new creative playground. Known for her explorations of form, texture, and color, Mathilde will craft not only the visual atmosphere, but also collaborate on the culinary vision, infusing the experience with her signature artistic language. Expect a multi-sensory journey, where each dish becomes a gesture, each flavor a brushstroke.

The evening will unfold in sequences — a curated rhythm of tastes, visuals, and emotions. It’s more than dinner: it’s a living, breathing composition.
